Aloha! I'm Ross, and I'm the coach who will help you reboot your spirits with quick, effective, and delightful classes. Quick, because a complete workout lasts just 20 minutes; effective, as you'll connect with muscles you didn't even know existed; and delightful, because you'll end up loving that sweet soreness. We all have a unique superpower that we often forget due to our tiredness and autopilot mode.
Through these sessions, we'll focus to give our overactive minds a break and connect with new sensations. You'll work on endurance using your own body weight and resistance bands to improve muscle tone and burn fat. Recommended equipment to enhance your experience: a set of mini resistance bands of varying strengths and a mat.
